Refund policy

Muki Bolton Boutique wants you to LOVE your new exotic skin handbag. Most styles can be special ordered in many different skins and colors or special ordered. 

Special orders are final sales, no returns, and no exchanges. Deliveries on special orders take from six to eight weeks.

Handbags purchased from existing stock can be exchanged within 10 working days of purchase. Handbags must be returned in original condition with tags, any accessories and original dust-cover.
