Warranty

​Muki Bolton Boutique handbags are all handmade using some of the finest quality exotic skins on the market. Our skins are genuine and are therefore unique and one of a kind. No two handbags are identical. We offer a limited one year warranty guaranteeing the major workings and structure of the handbag. 

This includes:

• Broken strap or handle
• Tears to leather not caused by normal use
• Hardware defects (broken zipper, buckles or studs)

Special Orders are final sales, no returns, and no exchanges unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

Not included in warranty:

• Normal wear and tear or accidental damage
• Water damage caused after receiving product
• Alterations made by any third party
• Natural aging process of the leather such as patination, scratches and burnishing
